Before you book.

Is this really free? What's the catch?+
Genuinely free. The catch (if you want to call it one): about 1 in 4 calls turn into engagements. The rest just walk away with three actionable recommendations. The conversion rate is high enough that we don't need to charge for this, and low enough that we keep the quality high.
What if I'm not ready to hire anyone yet?+
Most of the people we talk to aren't ready. That's fine. The call is useful even if you're 6 months from hiring. You'll have a clearer picture of where to focus and what good work looks like in your category. Take notes, hire later, or never.
What do I need to prepare?+
Almost nothing. After you book, we'll send a 3-question prep doc. Takes about 5 minutes. We do the deeper homework before the call so you don't have to.
Will you actually look at my accounts during the call?+
Yes. We'll ask for read-only access (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) before the call so we've already had a look. Live audits on a call are dramatic but shallow. We prefer to come in prepared.
What if we don't have a budget that justifies this size of agency?+
We'll tell you on the call. We work with brands spending $15k+/month on whatever channel we're discussing. Below that, the math doesn't work, but we know good freelancers and smaller agencies and will point you their way without ego.
