Capabilities

Everything a store
needs to convert.

Design, build, and growth under one roof. No handing your storefront between an agency that draws it and a freelancer who codes it and neither who owns the result.

01

Custom store design

On-brand storefronts designed for the sale, not the dribbble shot. Product pages, collections, and a homepage that guides real shoppers to checkout instead of just looking pretty.

02

Theme development

Hand-built Liquid themes and Online Store 2.0 sections your team can actually edit. No bloated page-builder apps quietly wrecking your load time and your Core Web Vitals.

03

Shopify Plus & headless

Checkout extensibility, Shopify Functions, B2B, and multi-store setups on Plus. Hydrogen and Oxygen headless builds when your catalog or content genuinely needs them, not because it sounds impressive.

04

Conversion optimization

We rebuild the parts that leak revenue: product pages, cart, and checkout. Real A/B tests against your data, so every change is a measured lift and not a designer's opinion.

05

Apps & integrations

Klaviyo, reviews, subscriptions, loyalty, ERP, and 3PL, wired in cleanly. Custom app work when the store needs behavior no plugin sells, built on the Shopify API properly.

06

Migration & SEO

Move off WooCommerce, Magento, or Wix without torching your rankings. Full redirect maps, preserved URL equity, and technical SEO baked in so organic traffic survives the replatform.

What's actually included

A store, shipped
with accountability.

Fixed scope, a launch date, and full ownership of the store and its code. Every line item below is in the plan before we start, not billed as a surprise later.

Most Shopify projects stall because the design never agreed with the build, or the "custom" theme was a marketplace template with the client's logo dropped on top. You inherit an app-stacked store nobody wants to touch.

We work to a fixed scope against clear milestones, build a clean theme you own outright, and hand off something your team can run. If you wanted to take it in-house the day after launch, you could.

Store strategy & design system

Build
App & checkout setup
Klaviyo, reviews, subscriptions, and the rest configured properly. Checkout extensions and Shop Pay tuned for speed.
Build
Speed & Core Web Vitals
Image, script, and theme optimization to a real performance budget. Fast stores rank better and cart more.
Launch
SEO foundation & redirects
Clean structure, schema, and a full redirect map on migrations so you keep the rankings and traffic you already earned.
Launch
Analytics & tracking
GA4, server-side events, and conversion tracking wired so your paid and email teams can actually measure what the store does.
Launch
Training & post-launch support
Your team trained on the theme and admin, plus optional ongoing CRO and development after launch. Handoff, not lock-in.
Post-launch
Our approach

Design and build,
in step.

Store projects fail when design and engineering work in separate rooms. We keep them on the same team, against the same conversion goal, from day one.

01
Week 1 · Strategy

Understand the buyer first.

We audit your current store, analytics, and best sellers, then map the merchandising and journey around how people actually buy your products. Output is a scope, a sitemap, and a fixed bid.

02
Weeks 2–3 · Design

Design the whole system.

Homepage, product, and collection templates as a connected design system, not a stack of one-off screens. Every layout has a reason tied to conversion, and you sign off before we build.

03
Weeks 3–6 · Build

Build it clean and fast.

Hand-coded theme, apps and integrations wired in, content migrated, and a hard performance budget. You review on a real staging store, not screenshots.

04
Launch + beyond

Launch, then keep optimizing.

Redirects, QA, and a clean go-live with rankings protected. After that, optional CRO sprints that test and lift the numbers instead of leaving the store to drift.

How we compare

Same platform.
Different result.

Anyone can install a theme. The gap shows up six months later, in your load time, your app bill, and your conversion rate.

Most Shopify shops
Template-first
A marketplace theme reskinned, with your brand bolted on top
A dozen paid apps stacked on to fake features, each slowing the store
Design handed off to a separate coder who never saw the strategy
Launched, invoiced, and gone. Conversion is your problem now.
Migrations that drop redirects and torch six months of SEO
Davnoot
Conversion-first
A custom theme built for your catalog and your buyer, owned by you
Native theme work over apps, so the store stays fast and cheap to run
One team designing and building against a single conversion goal
Optional CRO after launch that keeps lifting the numbers
Migrations with full redirect maps and rankings preserved
Case in point

Off WooCommerce,
onto Shopify Plus.

7-week rebuild · DTC apparel
+79%
Conversion rate, post-launch

An apparel brand was stuck on a slow WooCommerce store that took five seconds to load and converted at 1.9%. We rebuilt it on Shopify Plus with a custom theme, migrated 400 SKUs with a full redirect map, and trimmed the app stack from fourteen down to five. Conversion nearly doubled, and organic traffic held through the move.

They migrated us off WooCommerce in seven weeks and we didn't lose a single ranking. Conversion is up 60% and the store finally feels fast.

We had fourteen apps and a store that crawled. They rebuilt the theme, cut nine apps, and our load time dropped under two seconds.

The theme is ours, it's clean, and my team can edit it without breaking anything. After two agencies, that alone was worth it.

FAQ

Honest answers
to hard questions.

How long does a Shopify build take?+
Most custom builds and migrations run five to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on catalog size and how much custom functionality you need. A store audit is one to two weeks. We give you a fixed timeline with the bid, so you're not guessing.
Do I own the store and the theme?+
Completely. It's your Shopify account and your custom theme, with no license fees and nothing locked behind us. If you want to take it in-house or hand it to another agency after launch, you can walk away with everything.
Do I need Shopify Plus, or is standard Shopify enough?+
Most brands do great on standard Shopify. Plus earns its cost when you need checkout customization, Shopify Functions, B2B, high volume, or multiple stores. We'll tell you honestly which one fits, even when the answer is the cheaper one.
Can you migrate me from WooCommerce, Magento, or Wix?+
Yes, that's a large part of what we do. We migrate products, customers, and content, then build a full redirect map so old URLs point to the right new pages. Done right, a migration is a fresh start, not a traffic cliff.
Will I lose my Google rankings when the store changes?+
Not if it's handled properly, and that's exactly why SEO is part of every build. We preserve URL structure where we can, redirect everything else, keep your schema and metadata intact, and monitor after launch. Rankings should hold or improve, not drop.
